All orders are prepared individually as PTO (pack-to-order), for utmost quality preservation and maintain organic values of the product at the highest state before each delivery, which require pre-ordering. The orders will be immediately prepared and packaged in our special facility, once the order is placed.
Payments can be done via various credit cards with 3D secure (3DS) authentication and other payment systems at check out. Shipping costs and customs fees of each destination will be calculated at check out after confirmation of the delivery address.
You will be contacted by the courier company or your local customs officials, if your shipment is subject to customs duties and/or Import VAT at the destination. Experientially, these fees may vary at each delivery.
Delivery & Return
We offer free-delivery on all orders inside the territory of Turkey. In addition, USA and Europe (referring DHL delivery European countries list) orders above 290 Euros are offered free-delivery. This offer only contains the delivery fee. All other possible fees such as customs duties and import VATs of the destination country are the responsibility of the shopper.
All special orders (quantities above the order-list offered in our e-boutique) delivery conditions and fees will be proposed individually.
Please note that DHL provides all delivery logistics service to you, the customer and as such, you are entering into a contract for delivery services provided by DHL. DHL may make a charge for these services, which will be shown in at prior to checkout and your purchase of the products.
The delivery time varies depending on the delivery address and local customs. Once your order is ready, we will be sending you an e-mail with the DHL tracking number. The items will be delivered to the address written at checkout after the local customs clearance. You can track your order directly from www.dhl.com .
If you notice any damage, defect or mistake when collecting the package from DHL, please write to us within 24 hours. Write a short description and send the images of the damaged, defected or incorrect package to email@example.com . Once we have received and processed your return, we will offer a refund via the original payment method or a free re-send from the same order to the same address. Refunds can take up to seven working days to reach your account after your return has been processed.
